Exhibitor Regulations
All exhibitors must comply with the following regulations to ensure a safe and professional experience during FIAR 2027.

Exhibitor Access
From 10:00 a.m. (setup and preparation)
Participation is formalized by signing the contract and paying for the stand. Space is assigned according to availability and registration order.
Setup must be carried out on the assigned days prior to the event. Dismantling begins at the close of the last day. Early removal of stands is not permitted.
All electrical installations must be carried out by the fair's official electrician. A standard connection is provided; additional power loads are subject to an extra charge.
Each exhibitor is responsible for obtaining their own insurance. The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to stands.
Sound levels must not exceed the established limits. Advertising outside the assigned stand is prohibited without prior authorization.
Loading and unloading of materials must be carried out exclusively through the designated access points and during the hours established by the organizers.
